Lindsey and Matt got married at what we think is one of the coolest venues we’ve blogged about yet: The Paseo Venue in Arizona. Set at the foot of the Superstition Mountains, this secluded spot features insane views in every direction — the prime ingredient for epic wedding photos. The couple wandered off into the Sonoran desert to exchange vows privately, with Kaylee Chelsea Photography there to capture the magic.
Lindsey’s Madison James gown from Wedding Belles Bridal Boutique was incredible, long and covered in beads and lace with capped sleeves and a dramatic low back. She wore her hair in loose curls and carried a bouquet of white roses and greenery. Matt wore a blue suit with a matching vest, white tie, and a single white rose on his lapel to match his bride’s florals. He gently wiped tears from his bride’s face while they shared their vows, a moment so sweet we can’t help but feel the love.
How attractive is this wedding party?! The groomsmen wore navy suits to match Matt, but with stylish ties and pocket squares to complement the bridesmaids’ rich burgundy dresses. The guys strutted their stuff and threw Matt in the air while the girls twirled their flowing skirts (hats off to the person who decided this was a good idea because the photos are stunning). Matt and Lindsey’s flower girl and ring bearer were too cute for words. We love how the back of the little girl’s dress echoed the bride’s detail.
A Kaylee Chelsea wedding wouldn’t be complete without her signature photo, the bride and groom’s dip and kiss surrounded by a cheering wedding party.
Friends and family watched the bride walk down the aisle with her father to meet Matt under a simple wooden arch, draped with white linen and eucalyptus. Desert mountains stood in the distance behind them as they exchanged rings and celebrated with a first kiss.
The happy family stood with Lindsey and Matt for photos in front of the reception space, a modern pavilion with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, then joined their cocktail hour for ice cold beers and a stunning sunset.
Inside the pavilion, beautiful farm tables with eucalyptus runners stood beneath market lighting and a crystal chandelier. The bride and groom sat under a backdrop of gold rings covered in greenery, showcasing an oversized love balloon. Lindsey and Matt shared their first dance at dusk, played the Shoe Game with the cutest paper heart signs instead of shoes, and cut their two-tiered cake on a table full of sweet treats for their guests! These two danced the night away with DJ Jeff Jones and we’re sure took frequent breaks to step outside and stargaze.
We love how unique and intimate this wedding was. Private vows, the desert landscape, and a magical reception space left us in awe of how perfectly this couple’s vision came to life. Congratulations Lindsey and Matt, welcome to Married Life!!
