It's Always Sunny in San Francisco — Molly and JJ's Engagement Session

Molly and JJ are two of my most favorite people. This happy couple is getting married in September surrounded by the stunning views of the Resort at Squaw Creek, but chose downtown San Francisco for their engagement photos. AGS Photo Art joined these two as they explored the beautiful city they call home, capturing love and laughter along the way. We asked the bride-to-be to share her how we met story.

“We went to neighboring high schools, knew each other through mutual friends, and went to the same parties. HIS story is that he asked me out senior year and I wouldn’t give him the time of day (sounds likely — he was a tie-dye wearing hippie with Owen Wilson hair). I don’t remember this. Fast forward 6+ years later, he moves to the Bay. We start hanging out as friends. I’m seeing someone else. I start to develop feelings for JJ. He won’t make a move (he calls it the “slow play”) because I brushed him off in high school. I get frustrated. I grab his face and smooch it. We’ve been together ever since.”

True love. Destiny. A bit of sadness over the fact that JJ’s Owen Wilson hair didn’t make it to these photos. Molly wore a trendy white dress with wide sleeves from Banana Republic for their city shots. The two hung out at the Legion of Honor and ran into the middle of California Street, timing a trolley in the background perfectly (and even getting the tourists involved). She changed into a raspberry colored maxi from one of our favorite shops, Morning Lavender, before heading down to Sutro Baths and Baker Beach for epic Golden Gate Bridge photos. JJ rocked green pants with a grey striped blazer and switched into a handsome deep blue suit (both from Banana Republic).

We feel so blessed to have been chosen to help these two along their Engaged Life journey and cannot wait until their magical best day ever in epic Tahoe!!
