“I could talk about Big Sur, CA and how it was such a big “bucket list” item for me for hours! My husband and I took our 2nd wedding anniversary trip to Northern California with Big Sur being the stop I was most excited for! I’ve wanted to go since the days of Marissa Cooper & the OC….
To get an engagement session to photograph at one of the beaches in Big Sur was unreal! We took this insanely steep and winding road up, down and around to Pfeiffer Beach. Once we parked, I noticed a man dressed in a stunning suit and knew that had to be Timea and Dan! As soon as the bride to be stepped out of the car in her (also stunning) dress I got even more excited to photograph them! When she told me she had a cute tulle dress, I wasn’t expecting it to look like this! That thing was B E A U T I F U L!
Dan is in the Navy & from Michigan, Timea from Hungary. They met while they were both living abroad & will be moving back overseas after their California wedding! They fully embraced all the photographic snuggles as the wind was whipping 50 degrees against us. It was freezing, especially with us coming from a summer month in Charleston. I shot this session on both film & digital and still look at these images with a smile on my face because ….I went to Big Sur AND had this amazing couple to photograph there!”
