Today and Every Day - An Intimate Lakefront Wedding in Tahoe

Melissa and Ryan’s wedding was the perfect way to celebrate the start of summer in beautiful lake Tahoe! Look no further than Tahoe Beach Retreat and Lodge if your dream is to get married in the sand and dance with your favorite people under lakefront twinkle lights.

Friends and family would tell me Melissa and Ryan’s wedding was a long time coming and they were SO excited. The wedding was intimate and felt kind of like the most epic family reunion ever, with two very special guests. Melissa wore a stunning Daughters of Simone dress. The pretty lace, long train and flirty sleeves were perfect for an outdoor boho wedding and it looked comfortable enough to spend all night dancing in.

A Floral Affair designed a flower crown that gave every pretty photo captured by Justy Bolin Photography an extra pop of color. The soft blush and sprays of white and bright pink flowers were breathtaking. She sprinkled florals across the waterfront arbor and in golden compotes on every table.

My favorite memory? How can we pick just one?! Probably the first look. Ryan stood at the end of the venue’s dock and Melissa walked towards him, smiling the entire way. We all watched this picture perfect moment from afar. And the photos were better than I ever could have imagined!! Another was when the youngest flower girl requested Baby Shark and every single wedding guest got on the dance floor to rock out to the catchy tune. Shout out to DJ Klick!!

It brought me so much joy to see how happy each and every guest was to be in magical Tahoe and witness Melissa and Ryan make it official. Congratulations you two, welcome to Married Life!!
