Jamie and Devin’s lakefront wedding was a party from start to finish. Epic views from her maid of honor’s parent’s house on Lakelse Lake, the teepee ceremony arbor decorated in florals, and that Grace Loves Lace Paloma gown were some of our favorite details from this best day ever. Rebecca Amber Photography captured so many beautiful moments and definitely took advantage of the location’s incredible scenic backdrops. We’ll start at the beginning…
The bride and her crew rocked matching robes and popped bottles of champagne on the dock. We loved the bridesmaid’s flower crowns and white Show Me Your Mumu dresses and Jamie looked like a boho goddess in her wedding gown with it’s flirty sleeves and scalloped lace. Devin and his groomsmen took a windy boat ride to the ceremony site and wore matching blue suits and white dress shirts. We love how they embraced their casual setting and ditched the tie!
Guests were seated on the beach, and had panoramic water and hillside views as they watched Jamie and Devin share vows and their first kiss as husband and wife!! Lots of happy hugs followed the ceremony and then the wedding party went on a little adventure, taking photos and shots of Fireball along the way. The bride and groom even took a short ride on a motorcycle and the photos are freaking amazing.
The reception was under a big white tent, decorated with white florals, greenery and little geometric candle holders. At least half of the wedding guests were iced before dinner which is a pretty fun way to make sure your dance floor is packed later in the night! Lots of laughter, a beautiful location and all of your favorite people around — seems like these two had all of the ingredients for an unforgettable wedding day. Congratulations you two!!!
