Time After Time - An Upstate New York Camp Vibes Wedding

Lauren and Quentin chose the coolest spot for their best day ever at Forest Lake Camp. When this 823 acre property with 20 miles of private hiking and biking trails isn’t full of happy kiddos, it’s available as a wedding venue. Imagine having all that summer camp magic exclusively available to you and your guests, a weekend to relax and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Serious dream come true.

Husband and wife duo J. La Plante Photo‘s vibe is SO unique, capturing bold colors and dreamy star filled skies. It’s no wonder the couple trusted them as their wedding day photographers. Lauren wore Ivy & Aster‘s Stella gown which was perfect for an outdoor ceremony. It’s beaded bodice caught the sunlight beautifully and that flowing skirt almost floated over the grass. We loved her goddess BHLDN headpiece, loose curls and rockstar eye makeup by Julie Occhino.

Their ceremony took place under a wooden arbor covered in peach, yellow and blush florals by Poppytree Floral Designs. We even see a hint of our favorite blue thistle, the perfect something blue to sneak into your arrangements. After the first kiss, this giggly wedding party took photos and then sent the newlyweds to the mountain tops for a stunning session of their own.

Peaking into the reception hall gives us all the feels. Farm tables were covered in florals and colorful runners, but probably our favorite detail were the handwritten cards Lauren and Quentin put at each guest’s place setting. What a special way to say thank you and remind friends and family how important and loved they are by you!! Props to the bride and groom for taking the extra time to make each one unique. The party got started with gin and whiskey signature drinks and tasty donuts by Cider Belly Weddings.
