Fabiana & Jaspal’s Colorful New York City Skyline Wedding at Liberty House

A blend of Italian and Indian cultures, Fabiana & Jaspal’s wedding was full of personality and laughter.

How They Met
Jaspal and I met in our freshman year of college. I was the one to sit next to him and introduce myself, and it’s a funny fact that our friends like to remind him of constantly. However, I always say that it was Jaspal who was the first to know that our relationship would transform into a lifelong marriage, and I am forever grateful that he stuck to his gut. Also, throughout the ten years, we have been able to learn SO many things about ourselves and about growing up that we feel very happy to be who we are today as a couple, and as a support team for one another.

When browsing through their wedding photos by Cynthia Chung Weddings you can’t help but notice how playful and perfect these two are for each other. Fabiana wore an Eve of Milady gown with lots of bling and a full skirt that moved beautifully when she did. Truly Happy Beauty gave her a timeless look, just enough liner and a blush pink lip. She added a sparkling hairpiece and shoes to match before she grabbed her bouquet and went outside to pose with colorful bridesmaids in floral dresses.

Jaspal wore a bright blue suit with suspenders and an ivory bowtie. His groomsmen joined him as they walked over to St. Andrew Avellino.

The church was magnificent, and Jaspal smiled from ear to ear as he watched his bride walk down the aisle. After I Do’s they joined their guests outside for a roadside celebration. White balloons were released and we’re sure these floating white spheres made thousands of people smile as they drifted through the sky.

Our favorite part of the day. Just after becoming husband and wife, Fabiana and Jaspal took off with their photographer and ended up in front of the Jersey Central Line. They continued exploring Jersey City, finding a diverse collection of backdrops for pictures. From moody black windows to brick walls and even the New York City skyline, they covered it all!

The reception space was spectacular. Liberty House has an unbeatable view of the NYC cityscape. Guests sipped cocktails on the lawn and were welcomed inside just as the clouds turned pink. Colorful florals, geometric terrariums and golden candle sticks decorated each table. A floral masterpiece hung over the bride and groom’s seats. A small note asking for guests to donate to the American Cancer Society in lieu of gifts was placed on top of every napkin. So much attention to detail and beautiful decor was in this room. And the sparkling city peeped through floor to ceiling windows behind the bride and groom.

Congratulations Fabiana and Jaspal!! We wish you a lifetime of adventure, love and laughter and are so happy you shared your beautiful best day ever with us!! XOXO
